Nonhuman Alter Pride Flag

A nonhuman alter is an alter that is not human in appearance in headspace. They can be animals, monsters, and Creatures; or however they form. Can be used as an umbrella term for Alters that are inanimate/not sentient, or lacking human level intelligence, though not all nonhuman alters are animalistic.

the dark green represents alters that are visually unpleasant, or attributed to monstrous. the light green represents alters that are connected to nature and the animalistic connection and habits/appearances/mindset. the plum color represents alters that have an appearance outside of reality, and sometimes appear as more fantasy creatures. the cocoon represents how nonhuman alters especially feel a disconnect from the system's bodily appearance and their own. With little to help alleviate the dysmorphia, many nonhumans feel like they are in a cocoon that won't break.

Very genuinely, could someone explain to me why systems don’t tend to use the black, orange, and white system pride flag designed by the Entropy System?

We do macrame and embroidery and sewing and like to make all of our own flags into wearable things. This is significantly easier when the flag in question has fewer colors, easily replicated colors, and any design elements are also easy to incorporate.

That being said, all of the other system flags are way too complex and involve too many specific colors. They’re also often advertised as ‘plural’ pride flags and I don’t want label myself as plural bc that seems to be a greater umbrella term which also includes endogenics.

And like okay, let’s say endogenic systems are A Thing, that it’s possible to have multiple personalities and no trauma associated with it. That doesn’t describe me, and I do not desire to be in that community- I want to be in a community specifically for trauma survivors living with DID/OSDD/CDDs.

So yeah uh, if someone could explain that for us, we would really appreciate it! Plz be kind, we say all of this out of a genuine want to learn and make our own position clear

Trans Leo pride is something I see a lot, but personally, FH Leo wouldn't celebrate his gender. He grew up around Gali, who went through a lot of gender struggles, especially in his younger years, and with the brothers being so accepting, it's just another part of his life

Systempunk: A term or Subculture surrounding the liberation of plurals and the critique of psychiatry. We're outspoken on how the psych community mistreats us and how we will force the breaking of the chains that continuously fakeclaim or harm us whenever we do something singlets/psychiatrist do not like. We have been silenced and told that if we are open, it is a sign of us lying. We have been forced to follow the strict guidelines of the dsm5 in order to avoid being told that our experiences are false. We have been forced into psychiatric wards and abused because we are not singlet. We have been the face of the liars for too long, plural liberation is something we must push. The future is plural.

ANTI ENDOS AND RADQUEERS DO NOT TOUCH.

Meaning of the flag:

Brown and Black: The POC-bodied systems who are put down by both the community and the society around them. POC-bodied systems who have had their diagnosis's rejected due to their race. POC-bodied systems who have a cultural origin or connection and are hurt because of it. POC-bodied systems who are appropriated by other systems and are not listened to. POC-bodied systems who are hurt by the white dominated psychiatric system. POC-bodied systems who deserve to be heard and understood.

Purple stripe: Endogenic Solidarity, allyship, love, liberation. Endogenic systems are continuously harmed by antis who remain uncritical of psychiatry, are against the liberation of plurals, and deny a plural future in order to push singlethood onto others. Endogenic systems are also used in a lot of fakeclaiming content made by singlets and psychiatrist despite the research that supports their existence. It's because singlet society hates plurals and hates any form of existence we have. Love your endogenic siblings. They are the diverse experiences of plurality, they have helped us through so much.

Yellow Stripe: Disordered and traumagenic system solidarity and liberation. Disordered systems are horribly abused by the psych system, we make up most of those hospitalized and we are put down as too crazy to make our own decisions. Even if our existence is from trauma or a disorder, we shouldn't be forced into a singlet cure, we deserve autonomy.

Pink stripe: Abolition of psychiatric wards used to abuse us, hide us away, and silence us. Our autonomy is stolen from them, we deserve resources that help us instead of force us into a place that fucking hates us.

White stripe: Psych-critical beliefs or Anti-psych beliefs, despite their differences we still stand together against the harms of the psychiatric system. ACAB included in this.

Barbed wire: Anti-fakeclaim culture, systems deserve to be believed. Pro-plural protection. Protect another no matter your beliefs, cops and psych wards fucking hate us and want us dead, protect those you love. protect the closeted, protect all systems.

Fangs: Fight for your existence, be loud about it, write essays, make art, do whatever you can. Force plural liberation down the throats of singlets. Force the future to be plural.

Calling it the Dusk Plural Pride Flag, primarily made with cool colors to represent calm and peace; the "sun" setting and allowing for rest

Dark Purple : Plurals/Systems of any/all origins; whether traumagenic, endogenic, spiritual, involuntary/voluntary, ect

Light Purple : Non-system plurals, partial systems, median systems, ect; essentially any non-singlet, no matter where they are on the plural spectrum

Pink : Disordered and non-disordered systems; whether diagnosed/self-diagnosed or undiagnosed, functional multiplicity, ect

Light Grey : Community and Love; promoting a welcoming environment, finding connection/others to relate to, ect

OC Fictive Alter Pride flag

Oc standing for "original character". Oc alters are alters that are like fictives, however their source is often 'headmade' within their own source and memories similar to a character or universe the system, or a specific alter, had made. This could also be a fan made character by the system for an existing media. Often OCs are created to project or explore trauma or themes, which is possible reasons the brain splits this OC into an actual alter.

the teal represents self, with having love and understanding and acceptance of your existence. Oc alters exists and are not intentional or consciously made. This Teal and sense of self embodies the authentic individualism of the alter, regardless of how they form. Alters cannot pick their source, or chose how they form. the yellowish green represents the unique challenges and struggles oc fictives have with both self doubt, self realization, and navigating your own memories and sense of self with discernment to the original 'source' or creator's vision. This also includes the struggle of feeling isolated from other non-oc fictives. Pink represents the idealism of the self that often people use with character creation; a version of someone you wish you could be and now they embody. This can both help an alter, and hurt them as they may feel they are not 'perfect' enough or different from their design, feeling disconnect and sometimes even rejected from who they are 'supposed' to be. Normal fictives feel this as well, but it can be especially personal if you share a body with the one who made your source. The red represents trauma and how projecting and exploring it affects alters. No one wishes to make anyone have trauma, so often when alters form from ocs and projections, it can often times be difficult to accept that their pseudo memories were in fact someone'c active choice to create. This can be especially complicated if the creator is within the system as well and can become personal.

Alters that sources are tied to ocs or original works and concepts by the system face a difficult and sometimes isolating experience. If any systems have alters who would like to share their own feelings and thoughts on this topic, feel free to leave comments.
